SETUP GUIDE

FOLLOW THIS SETUP GUIDE FOR OPTIMAL WALLET PERFORMANCE.

The strap and metal bars fit together very snug -- so it's very important that the strap is setup properly so that the wallet performs as intended. Please follow this guide if you need to change the strap, or if you're just setting the wallet up from scratch.

SETUP TIME: 2-5 minutes. (the good news is that once it's set up right you'll be good for ages).

STEP 1.

Fold the strap FLAT and make sure the stitch is in the MIDDLE.

STEP 2.

HOOK one side of the strap onto the bar.

STEP 3

Lay the strap flat against the bar -- DO NOT PULL IT -- hook the very end of the strap onto the bar. This is where you want the strap to be. Now you can hook your finger in the strap and pull the other side through.

STEP 4

Go completely under the strap and pull up as seen below.

STEP 5

Put your thumb between the straps to help hook-in one end of the other strap.

STEP 6

Fold the strap in half and pinch it -- so that you can wiggle the folded strap through the notch in the metal bar.

KEEP IT PINCHED AS YOU PULL THE STRAP THROUGH.

STEP 7

Make sure the strap is not caught on the bar. You can use a pinching/rolling motion with your thumb and index fingers to make sure the end is nice.

If there is too much distance between the straps(as seen highlighted in red circle below): Pull on the strap and feed it through the bar until the distance is shortened.

STEP 8

Inspect the finished bar/elastic mechanism. IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE THE PHOTO BELOW. The stitching (where the band is sewn together) should be centred on the bar.

STEP 9

Spread the bars apart and put your thumb in it to keep the bars apart.

STEP 10

Insert the carbon fiber plates - you can even put a stack of cards in at this point.
